LEMAR and Lee Ryan gave millionaire Andrew Paul a leaving party to remember as they performed at his Win A New Life auction in Sevenoaks, Kent.

Former banker Mr Paul announced in June he would be selling off his prized possessions to give people the chance to live his lifestyle.

Unbelievably, Mr Paul is looking to walk away from the glamourous lifestyle of big houses, fast cars and fancy games rooms.

He said: “This house has been my life for so many years and now it’s time to move on. It’s been a fantastic evening and I have thoroughly enjoyed it.”

The auction was widespread across the globe as people from the UK to Japan bought a £20 ticket to be in with a chance of winning.

Up for grabs was his £1.1m mansion, his £160,000 Aston Martin DBS and a £200,000 boat among other exclusive items.

Around 50,000 tickets had been bought online at www.winanewlife.com and the winners will be revealed soon.

Lemar and Blue star Lee Ryan were also supported on stage by X-Factor star Lloyd Daniels, Blazing Squad and DJ Ironik.

Blazing Squad were happy to be part of the prestigious evening and Kenzie revealed they were planning future chart success after a few years out of the limelight.

He said: “It’s a pleasure to be here and perform our dancefloor hits from the past few years to everyone. We’ve had some time away doing our own thing, but plans for an album are in the pipeline for a summer release”.

Lee Ryan gave everyone the biggest cheer of the night by calling out Lloyd Daniels to perform alongside him.

The Blue star said: “Lloyd, if you can perform in front of Simon Cowell and to millions on television, you can do this with me!”

The evening was completed when a list of glamour babes showed up to guzzle down free drinks and pose with Mr Paul and his Aston Martin DBS.
